Welcome to our Website. The following Terms and Conditions must be accepted by you in order to purchase any product from us. Your acceptance is our agreement for the purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site

The below Terms and Conditions may change at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these whenever you purchase products from us.

The prices displayed on www.dtsbroadcast.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars. All prices are subject to change.

All returns are subject to DTS Broadcast’s Return Policy.

The full and prompt payment of the invoices must be paid prior to shipment of the product or as stated on the invoice, including all freight charges. In the event of an invoice is not paid as agreed, the Buyer agrees that the Seller, DTS Broadcast, retains title and right of possession of the goods.

The manufacturers' warranties apply and commence on the invoice date.

WARRANTIES
All pre-built products come with 2 years limited warranty unless otherwise specified. The manufacturers' warranties apply and commence on the invoice date. Contact us if you require further details.

FAULTY ITEMS
All products are extensively tested prior to shipment, however if you do receive a product that develops a fault we will replace the item or arrange a refund where necessary.

REFUNDS AND RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY
Please take care when ordering your goods. Items returned because they were incorrectly ordered will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are not usually refunded.

REPAIRS POLICY
If you have Broadcast Warehouse product that is out of warranty or a non-warranty item that no longer works we may be able to repair it for you.
